We repair many cracked and leaking pipes by relining them. A resin liner is cured inside the existing pipe to form a new one, without excavation.

Every relining job starts with a CCTV survey. Some pipes are too badly damaged to line, in which case we recommend excavation.

What’s covered

  • Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining on suitable runs
  • No-dig rehabilitation under drives, gardens, floors and hardstanding where viable
  • Pre- and post-lining CCTV as standard practice
  • Honest fallback to open excavation when lining won’t hold

How we work

CCTV confirms suitability — diameter, bends, collapses and laterals matter.

We explain options, then install and cure the liner to form a new pipe inside the old one.

Post-lining CCTV proves the result. Excavation stays the fallback when lining isn’t viable.

When to call us

  • Cracked or leaking pipes under drives, gardens or floors
  • You want to avoid open-cut disruption
  • Multiple defects along a continuous run

Frequently asked questions

Is lining always possible?
No — severe collapses, odd shapes or access limits can rule it out. That’s why we survey first.
Is this the same as “no dig drain repair”?
CIPP relining is our main no-dig repair method. Some defects still need a dig.
Will I get proof afterwards?
Post-lining CCTV is standard practice so you can see the finished liner.
